SKYWATCH FRIDAY

Red sky at night sailor's delight, red sky in morning sailor's warning. Such explosive colors on a Thanksgiving day evening and if we bow to this English nursery rhyme, we can expect another pleasant day tomorrow!

Absolutely amazing photo! Sometime back you commented on my photos. My sister, Marcy, takes most of them. I do the writing and some photo taking.
I loved the Blue Herron picture but not the bird! He has seeded our farm waterways and ponds with all kinds of water weeds we never had before. They are also better fishers than we are!

Tina: I do hope you are having a wonderful day weather wise. Really neat photos you have shown.
The saying is actually very biblical also.

hi there, lovely picture for skywatch. I liked all your bird pics too. I was always taught 'red sky at night SHEPHERDS delight...' my parents must have got it wrong!

Gorgeous Skywatch post! Love this beautiful Thanksgiving evening sky--it reminds us how much we DO have to be thankful for!

I so much appreciate your comments on my blog, too, about the Corolla horses!
