...a lone visitor, outside my window. He sits and he calls...over and over and over...definitely not much happening for him or me when it comes to backyard bird visits!
Hi Tina, Is he not a bit late??? Or maybe it is a opera singer!!! or a young guy trying it out! Funny, but the shot is beautiful! Well done. Have a nice week end.
Talk about nothing happening. If it were not for the ever present House Sparrows,we would be pretty lonely. This little guy you have at least has a nice song.Have a great weekend. Blessings,Ruth
Those little guys have the prettiest voice.. They can sing louder and prettier than most. We have them around --but never in large groups. I love them. Hugs, Betsy
I am a beginning birder and have learned so much my first year..thanks to all of you and my birder pals here in Pa. Looking forward to Spring and migration!!!

Is that Lantana? The plant and the bird are beautiful, looks like he posed just for you.
Please tell him to come visit me - I'm lonely too! I think my birds are mad at me for some reason...
:-)

You got a beautiful picture of this wonderful singer. As Betsy said, we certainly enjoy hearing these lovely melodies.
Ahhh...I love your Carolina Wren shot. These fellows really do sing, don't they!
Really lovely photo! What a charming visitor.
Oh what a sweetie! Tell him to get his butt down here quick! I've got plenty friends for him to play with!
That is a very sweet picture Tina.
Hi Tina. Not too much happening over here except Robin in full song & brief visit by a Coal Tit. FAB.
I'm jealous of all your warbler sighting Tina. The fall migration must have detoured around my humble abode.
He is soooo cute! He looks so lonely :(
Great photo and sighting, Lucky you, I was at Cape May a few weeks ago. I would have loved to have seen teh Cape May warbler.
I usually hear the Carolina Wren before I see him. They are the cutest little birds. He posed so prettily there in the lantana for you.
