The Morning walk....

One of Saturdays many bird sightings was a visit from this young Orchard Oriole! I was told he was a first spring male, recognized by the black bib down to his chest. He certainly had a lot to say...so early in the morning. What a nice way to start a morning walk!

Wow Tina... I have never seen a bird that looked like this one. That black beard is quite different....

You got great pictures of this young bird. That's one of the advantages of a morning walk.

Orioles are such a treat...the orange and black always puts a smile on my face!I don't see the Orchard but the Baltimore here. And on down I loved all your birds, but the baby chickadee was just ahhh so endearing! I haven't had any nest at my house.

would like to hear your thoughts..
