..here's look'en at you kid!

Gosh, there were no birds at our feeders this morning. Rain, rain, rain and only Mr TV "eyeing" us as we walked our 2 miles in the drizzling mist. You might have to click on pic to see that stare!

Tina- I LOVE it! I really adore Turkey Vultures and you sure got a perfect photo of this one. Maybe he'll become your walking mascot!

Barb, thanks, I've been playing with burst mode on my camera so it was pure luck to capture him at all. lol The rain was more of a misty precip. when I was trying to get pics of him overhead. A lot of focus, for me, in an early morn and I was completely surprised I got this one! We try and walk 3 miles every day if we can!

Mary, thank you, fabric always has captured my attention..now I'm learning how to create pictures with it!!

Lynne, that would be cool, to have a vulture follow one around! I probably would have trouble getting photos of other birds tho. tee he

Hmmmm Tina... Looks like your birds must have come to our feeders today. They seem to come out in full-force here when it rains!!!! Love your shot of the vulture!

lol, yes you are right Eve!!

Craig, My camera is a Nikon D60. I just got it in June and, as you can tell, I have a lot to learn about this particular camera. I am starting to feel more comfortable with choosing some settings, tho, and getting off of that little green square...called auto focus!! There are a lot of great cameras out there, I'm sure you will find the right one for you.
