Water, water everywhere but not a drop to drink!

No more frozen water in our backyard! We did some early holiday shopping ! Hopefully this will work!
now, I just have to figure out how to train those ole birdies to just drink and bath and nothing else!!

SKYWATCH FRIDAY

"To find new things, take the path you took yesterday."

A BEAUTIFUL BUTTERFLY AWARD

I was given this blogger Butterfly award by Fishing Guy. I don't know if he knows it or not but FG has been one of my mentors as I've taken my daily trip through the world of blogging. I just started blogging a few months ago and Fishing Guy has introduced me to Skywatch Fridays and Camera Critters as well as provided a wonderful blog to model. I want to thank him for thinking of me as he sent out this award. I would like to present this "coolest blog" award to all the blogs I visited, and will visit, as I've always found nothing but amazing pictures, interesting commentary, creative stories, moving poems and just plain good ole sharing. Thank you all!!
and FG thanks, again..I'm honored.

Me and Mr. Cooper....

Mr. Cooper, you misunderstood me....
This isn't exactly what I meant in my previous post when I said , please remember to keep your feeders full of food! These pictures were taken from our computer room this morning!!

Gosh darn it, all the food just flew away!!

THAT HECTORING BIRD..a yarn, by Tina

These feeder photos were taken earlier this year. I am posting, this little yarn, with these photos to remind everyone that the desire to provide food for our feathered friends will, hopefully, always be a priority, because so many of these little birds depend upon our food sharing to carry them through the colder months.

As winter settles upon Pennsylvania and food supplies become scare, we will see more and more birds visit our many feeders. In our backyard, however, we seem to have a bird, who over time, becomes a feeder dominater, filling the day with squawking and screeching...

complaining ......ok, my turn ..my turn! Move aside.... you've had enough...

jabbers the blue jay, who by the looks of those suet crumbs STILL clinging to his bill... was momentarily disrupted from the suet feeder by that cute little girl downy!!

would like to hear your thoughts..
